Who operates this application

Bear Fox Forecast Test Research is owned by Bear Fox Marketing, with implementation support from Bar9. It supports internal and authorized marketing research and forecast preparation for prospective clients. A prospect does not need an advertising account or advertising history.

Information we access

Google sign-in uses the openid and email permissions to verify the authorized owner's identity and email address. The Google Ads permission is used for the selected agency research account's metadata, such as its name, identifier and currency, and for aggregate keyword demand, competition and planning prices when that research is permitted.

These permissions do not request access to Gmail messages or the user's Google Drive files. Google describes its Ads permission broadly, and it inherits the connected user's existing Ads role. The application is restricted to research read methods; it does not create or change campaigns, budgets, billing settings or account permissions.

How information is used

We use Google information to authenticate authorized access, provide the requested research and reports, and operate, troubleshoot, secure and recover this service. Reports may include permitted aggregate research and labeled planning assumptions. Research and report preparation may use AI-assisted analysis of permitted aggregate research. Authentication credentials and personal sign-in information are kept separate from research content.

We do not sell Google user data or use it to train AI models. Personal sign-in information is not used for advertising targeting or personalization. Google information is not used for unrelated purposes.

Our use and transfer of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in Doppler in a dedicated test configuration. Authorized operators and application processes can access the information necessary to provide this service. Research records, reports and operational records may also be held in the service's restricted application storage and recovery copies.

We share information only as needed with the authorized people receiving the requested research, Google services, and service providers supporting hosting, secret storage, requested report analysis, security and recovery. Bar9 may access information as implementation support for Bear Fox Marketing. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Retention depends on the record's role in research, troubleshooting, audit history, recovery and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no single deletion period for all records. Audit records and recovery copies may persist after a connection is removed or an operational record is deleted.

The Google account owner can remove this app's authorization from Google Account connections. Disconnection stops future use of that authorization; it does not automatically erase existing reports or recovery copies.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of information, or to ask us to disconnect a connection, email assistant@bearfoxmarketing.com. We will verify the requester's authority and explain any records that must remain for audit, recovery or legal reasons. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

This public website

These information pages contain no advertising, analytics tools, tracking pixels or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the pages.

Changes to this policy

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. If the app's use of Google information changes, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain any additional authorization required before using information for that new purpose.
